Made in collaboration with Claudia, a self-taught silversmith I met on a recent visit to Zanzibar, where Rahina began.
The ring features an uncut Tanzanite set in silver. I chose the rough, unpolished stone as a reminder of a period of uncertainty before Rahina came to life, and the hope that carried me through it.
